Knowing Me by Amber Grossmann

Knowing Me, a new work written and directed by local playwright Amber Grossmann, creator of Overall Arts and the Young Creative’s Mentorship Program, explores the ‘new normal’ in a world ravaged by COVID-19, and the effects of social isolation and loneliness on Queensland’s Youth. 

It is performed by seven of the region’s up and coming young creatives, who have been working for the past three months under the Young Creative’s Mentorship Program. 

The Young Creative’s Mentorship Program is created and managed by Overall Arts, in partnership with JUTE Theatre Company and Hayley Gillespie.

Knowing Me is a story of struggle and triumph – the performances of these young artists are not to be missed! 

The production will take place on November 13th & 14th at Bulmba-Ja Arts Centre.
